It’s never about how much money he’s going to make on a procedure, but what’s the best solution for the patient. He always tries to have a solution that saves your original teeth. His office staff is very polite and have a good appointment reminder system. The hygienist Laurie has been with him since before I was a patient. She does a great job of examining your teeth and pointing out any issues to Dr Noie. She also gives you homework so that you know the best way to take care of your teeth at home. She is the anchor of his staff and first line of defense to find and prevent issues. (Give that girl a raise!!) I always come for my six month cleaning. I have had fillings and crowns to repair an old dental work by others and injuries sustained from a fall. Everything has always turned out amazing. My husband is a big chicken and every time he has to have anything other than a cleaning done he has to be sedated. I love that Dr Noie can do his own sedation and make his patients as comfortable as possible. Besides that he is an amazing cosmetic dentist, so if you were looking for the aesthetic over just the function, he can do that as well. He genuinely cares for his patients! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had 2 implants installed, I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is as close to 'painless dentistry' as I've ever had. Last pain pill I took was the night of the implants, and pain level was never above a 2 or 3, and no pain since (2 weeks now). I didn't know that implants had progressed this far, last time I had 2 put in elsewhere, it was a much more traumatic experience.

I really enjoyed my visit,everyone there is very professional,clean and polite.will recommend to family and friends. Prices are fair and they do quality work.

I met Dr Noie years ago with teeth issues that were horrible all the enamel head worn off of my teeth. I was scared to death of the drill, but he made me feel comfortable and realize that I had a phobia been going to him for several years now, and all the work he did has held up extremely well. All I can say is they treat you like family?

Doctor Noie and his staff are great. They are always kind and compassionate and willing to work out scheduling. I moved to Kerrville and DR Noie lets me come in for my check ups every 6 months instead of every 3, which is a huge help on me with travel and gas. I have been having dental problems basically all of my life. I have gone to many dentist in different States and Mexico. I was always satisfied with the work done but never happy. One day I saw a magazine and doctor Noie picture was on the brochure I started reading about him and decided to give it a try again. Initially there were small issues but with his amazing attitude, I kept coming back until my dental work was finished. Now I can smile without being embarrassed. From the very beginning, EVERYONE here has been so nice and professional and considerate during the whole process. From payment arrangements to appointments settings all the way making me feel like a cared for family member and all of the small details that were just as significant as the bug details. I was extremely nervous when I went to the first consultation but that went away VERY fast. I've gone to Dr. Noi for over 20 years and I've never had to go to any other dentist and the fact that he can perform anything that is needed is awesome! From root canals to major surgery's that I've had over the years... I've been taken care of mentally and physically by Dr. Noi who is really laid back and makes any dental pain disappear. One of the best things I can say about Dr. Noi is he is one of the last few Doctor's who is actually passionate about his practice and his community that he's built up over the years. Our whole family goes to him... The staff really works hard to keep everyone accommodated when things arise which is challenging, dental pain is no joke. Dr Noie is unlike any other Dentist I have ever experienced. First he is the ultimate Professional in both his Dentistry and concern for his patient. He explains everything before doing anything to ensure that the patient understands and agrees to his procedure. Dr Noie is not a General Dentist who sends his Dental patients to Specialist. Dr. Noie showed an honest concern to the pain problem I was having with my teeth. He was persistent in finding out the issue. Finding the real cause. The previous dental office did not take time to evaluate my problem thus giving a wrong costly diagnosis.

Dr. Noie is an awesome Dental Surgeon and Fellow of Implantology. He has done extensive surgery on my teeth and mouth - sinus lift, 2 bone grafts to the maxilla, 5 implants and a full set of crowns. The size and shape of the crowns as well as the occlusion are excellent. The results have made a profound effect on improving my health and ability to eat properly as well as a great smile. Friendly, professional office. Staff and Dr. Noie are very warm, personable and take a genuine interest in patients. I have never had to wait in reception as they seem to schedule patients and procedures realistically. Dr. Noie replaced my false-looking veneers to looking totally natural. As necessary he has remedied dental problems I have faced since becoming a "senior" with years of use.
