Meet Our Team

Ahmed received his high school diploma while living in Egypt and was the first of his class when he graduated in 2008. Since then, he has completed two bachelor’s degrees: one in marketing and international business from Middlesex University in London, and the other from Modern Sciences and Arts in Cairo, Egypt.

He joined our office in November 2021 where he is responsible for marketing the office, and delivering the same high-end service we promise online to patients when they show. During his time here, Ahmed has appreciated the sense of ownership that each team member has and the commitment to keep the business running, from scheduling patients to having them smile again.

Outside the office, Ahmed enjoys working out, movies, shawarma, restaurants, socializing, road trips, music concerts, soccer games and watching Manchester United.

Yolanda comes to us with 33 years of experience in the dental private practice setting. She held the position as Houston Chapter President for American Associate of Dental Office Managers from 2017-2022. She has also published three articles in the American Association of Dental Office Managers’ official magazine, “The OBSERVER.”

A native Houstonian, Yolanda enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community for the past 32 years with Creating Milestones with Back to School and Christmas Toy Drive for over nine years, as well as through the NAACP, Houston Blood Drive, Feed the Hungry and CARE USA.

She also enjoys spending time with her family, organizing events, fine art and jazz music.

Mayra joined us in May 2023. She began her career in dentistry in 2001 and enjoys helping patients and working with her colleagues. In her role, she assists patients with verifying their insurance and maximizing their benefits to ensure they are taken care of. Mayra has been happily married for over 16 years and has been blessed with two beautiful daughters. She loves animals, CrossFit and attending her daughters’ practices.

Gabby joined us in October 2021. She works hard to ensure everything in the front office runs smoothly to keep patients happy. She loves our patients and being a part of a team that feels like a family. When she is not at the office, Gabby stays busy being a mom to her two beautiful girls.

Samantha hails from a big family with four sisters and one brother. She became part of Unicare Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry in July 2023 and loves being able to experience a new environment where she can meet new people and learn more about cosmetic and implant dentistry. She does a wonderful job working at the front desk where she assists in-person patients with any questions they have to ensure they are satisfied with their visit. She also maintains open lines of communication with patients through calls and messages.

Rosa graduated from Cesar E. Chavez High School and Gary Job Corps. She joined us in January 2023 and loves coming to work every day and having our morning meeting with her colleagues where she can talk to them about anything and feel their support. She contributes to the growth of our practice by holding new consultations that become new patients. Rosa has a wonderful family of three fur babies (dogs). In her free time, she enjoys cooking for Kennedy and watching movie movies especially Marvel, Harry Potter and Star Wards.

Sayde joined our office in August 2022. She attended community college for a year and then went off to graduate with honors in logistics from UFH. She has many years of experience working as a treatment coordinator, but since she moved to this office, she has been impressed by how gifted Dr. Noie is and how he works hard to provide patients with a great experience.

She contributes to the success of our office with her caring demeanor and working hard to ensure all her patients get an accepted treatment plan and put a smile back on their face. She enjoys dancing, trying new restaurants, listening to music, performing charity work and helping refugees.

Laurie graduated from dental school at the University of Texas in 2002 and joined our office the same year in September. She is the first interaction with our patients and helps gather the information Dr. Noie needs to make a precise diagnosis for their needs. She loves building relationships with her patients and educating them on how to improve their oral hygiene.

Laurie has a husband whom she loves dearly. They have been together for almost 13 years and are proud parents of an 11-year-old daughter who is their whole world and keeps them very busy with her extracurricular activities. Outside the office, Laurie enjoys working out and long distance running. She also is a lover of traveling and is determined to visit all 50 states.

Michelle joined our office in March 2022. She received her high school diploma from Chavez High School and then went off to study at the Everest College Institute to become a registered dental assistant. She assists Dr. Noie with surgical and general procedures as well as lab designing, and enjoys the change made in people’s lives with our quality of dental work. She likes pending time with family, trying new dining places and traveling.

Selena joined us in September 2022. She graduated from Dickinson High School in 2014, dental assisting school in 2018 and cosmetology school in 2022. She enjoys working with her colleagues, assisting with surgical procedures and designing crowns and other restorative work. She works hard to make sure Dr. Noie is on time and prepares his room with the required supplies and backup supplies for his big treatment. She also helps him be aware of the patient’s medical history to ensure they have a successful visit. When she is not in the office, you can find Selena spending her time working out.

Henry started working with Dr. Noie in October 2022. He went to Houston Community College and the Pima Medical Institute to learn about dental assisting. Henry has worked in dentistry for eight years and likes helping the office make patients happy with their smiles. He helps in our lab to cut down costs and improve patient wait time. Outside of work, Henry enjoys hiking, painting, playing the drums and going to see live music.

Kennedy joined us in 2022 because she got her braces done here when she was in high school. She exhibits a “cool” personality and enjoys working out the gym whenever she can.
